Medical Coverage & Payment
We accept HSA/FSA payments, which can be used for consultations or applied toward units. All consultation costs (hair/scalp analysis, medical history review, custom fitting, and cranial prosthesis measurements) are applied to the total cost of the unit.
We are not currently in-network with any insurance carriers, however we provide benefit verification and assistance to help patients understand their cranial prosthesis coverage and whether their plan reimburses out-of-network providers. In those cases, patients pay us directly and their insurance reimburses them according to their benefits.
We offer a 100% self-pay option with flexible payments, including Klarna, Affirm, and other flexible payment options, plus custom payment plans with agreed contractual amounts invoiced on a set schedule until the unit is paid in full.
